Booking and Pricing
Q: How do I book a taxi from Šibenik?
A: For my most popular routes, use the booking form at the top of this page. For other destinations, call +385 99 447 1013, WhatsApp me, or email me. I need your pick-up location, destination, and preferred pickup or arrival time.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: I am available for last minute ride requests within my working hours, but I recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.
Q: What do you mean “fixed price”? What’s included?
A: My fixed prices include transportation, fuel, tolls, and luggage help. No hidden fees. Additional services (extra stops, long waits) may cost more – I’ll tell you upfront.
Q: Do you take advance payments?
A: Yes. To confirm your booking, I require an advance payment of 20% of the total ride price (minimum €20). For rides priced at €20 or below, full payment in advance is required. You may also choose to pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.
You can pay the advance payment by bank transfer (SEPA) or credit/debit card. The remaining balance (if a deposit was paid) is settled to the driver on the day of the transfer.
Q: Do you accept card payments in car?
A: Yes. I accept cards and other contactless payment methods.
Flight Delays and Cancellations
Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: Don’t worry! I monitor flight arrivals in real-time and adjust your pick-up time automatically at no extra cost. No surprises.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: Cancellations must be made in writing by email. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your booking, you are entitled to a full refund if you paid by bank transfer, or a full refund minus €10 processing fee if you paid by card. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your ride at any time at no extra charge – your payment carries over in full to the new date.
Q: Can you accommodate a larger group?
A: Yes! My Škoda Superb fits up to 4 passengers. fits up to 4 passengers. For larger groups, I can arrange that with local hand-picked reliable partners that i normally wotk together with. Contact me for more details.
Q: Do you offer child seats?
A: Yes! I provide child seats and booster seats upon request. Just mention it when booking.
